Not yet, and we will say so
- LFPSE submission is built but not certified: NHS England gates access, and that lane takes months
- DTAC v2, DCB0129 and the DPIA are not signed off yet - they need a named Clinical Safety Officer and a DPO
- No pen test, no Cyber Essentials Plus, no disaster-recovery runbook
- DSCR module (care plans, eMAR) is not built
